🧾 When are invoices sent?
Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for services provided during the previous month.
For example, your March usage will be invoiced on April 1.
You can review and download your Meadow invoices at any time by visiting the Billing page in the Meadow Admin Panel.
💰 How does payment work?
We use AutoPay as the primary payment method. This ensures timely and seamless payments, so you can focus on running your business.
To set up or update AutoPay, click the "Request AutoPay" link.
If you haven’t set it up yet, please fill out the form in the link—our billing team will contact you to complete the setup.
🔁 Can I cancel or change my subscription?
We totally understand that your business needs may evolve. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, we require a 30-day written notice, as stated in your contract.
Please email our billing team at success@getmeadow.com to start the termination process or discuss changes to your plan.
