Setting up the Nexgo Payment Terminal

This guide walks you through how to connect your Nexgo N82 payment terminal to Meadow POS so you can start taking card payments.

Get Started!

🔌 Turn on the Terminal & Connect to Wi-Fi

  1. Hold the power button until the screen lights up.

  2. Wait for the terminal to fully power on.

  3. Swipe down on screen > Tap and hold Wi-Fi icon.

  4. Connect to your store’s network.

  5. From the home screen, tap PAYAUTH Terminal.


Set up

🔗 Connect the Terminal to Meadow

  1. On your Meadow POS, scroll down the toolbar and select Debit Terminal.

  2. Tap Debit Terminals, then choose Nexgo.

  3. Enter the following info:

    • POS TID

    • Token (POS Key)

    • Terminal TID

  4. Tap Find.




*Once the terminal is successfully connected to your payment processor, it will stay connected unless you manually click Forget.



💳 Running a Card Payment with Nexgo Terminal

Once your Nexgo terminal is connected to Meadow, follow these steps to complete a card payment:

  1. Select “Debit” as the payment type on your Meadow POS.

  2. Tap “Get Payment.”

  3. Run the customer’s card on the Nexgo terminal.

  4. Once the transaction is approved, tap “Finalize Payment” on Meadow.
