Insights tab is designed to help you know more about your business.
You can view data from your operation for the day, week, month or year. Totals and averages are displayed:
Revenue
Orders
Customers (new and returning)
Sales volume by product
You can make comparisons and help answer questions like:
How many new customers did you gain this month? Was it more than last month?
How many customers were active this week? Did you see a higher percentage of returning customers?
How do the best selling new products for the month compare with the most popular for the year?
You can start to answer those questions with Insights, then dive deeper using Reporting to gain a more detailed picture.
