Connect AIQ Marketing
Follow the steps below to generate an API key for Alpine IQ support and they can get your Meadow account integrated:
To get started, navigate to your organizations API Settings.

Click the Company drop-down and select "Alpine IQ"
Select the "Analytics Access" and "Customer Access" checkboxes.
Copy/paste your API key and send it to your Alpine IQ support person.
Connect AIQ Ecom (Dispense menu)
Follow the steps below to generate an API key for Dispense to get your Meadow account integrated:
To get started, navigate to your organization's API Settings.

Click the Company drop-down and select "Dispense"
Select the "Create Orders" and "Menu Access" check boxes.
Optionally, you can select the checkbox to create orders with status "new," which will hold inventory for these orders. If this box is left unchecked, orders will be created in the "draft" status and need inventory assigned to them.
Copy/paste your API key and enter it in your Dispense account under Store > Integrations - you can find their detailed instructions here.
Advanced integration features: sync loyalty, discounts
To sync discounts and loyalty points between Meadow and AIQ, follow these steps:
Enter your AIQ credentials (from lab.alpineiq.com) into Meadow Admin under Settings > Integrations > Loyalty and save.
2. Create a manual discount in Meadow for the reward - make sure to enable the "use with an Alpine IQ loyalty discount" setting.
3. Once the discount is created in Meadow, create it in AIQ - enter the required points; select "trigger a partner platform reward;" and find the discount ID from Meadow to enter in the field in AIQ.
4. Once that is completed, any customer profile that meets the requirements in AIQ will show the available discounts in the Meadow point of sale app (they are not currently visible in Admin). Redemptions of that discount will deduct points from the customer's AIQ balance accordingly.
