Follow the steps below to generate an API key for Weedmaps support. They will help you connect your Meadow account for order pushback and troubleshoot any integration-related issues.
To get started, ensure that you have a Weedmaps Menu Integration set up here in Meadow Admin. To set up the Orders integration, you must complete this step first.
Then, navigate to your organizations API Settings (https://admin.getmeadow.com/settings/api).
Click the "Add Integration" button.
Click the Company drop-down and select "Weedmaps."
Select the "Create Orders" and "Menu Access" checkboxes. Ensure you explicitly select both 'Create Orders' and 'Menu Access' checkboxes for full integration functionality.
Optional: choose whether the "Orders are created with the status: new" setting is enabled or not for this integration.
If you select this option, orders created in Weedmaps will be created as "new" in Meadow, which assigns inventory to them (using the inventory location selected under your Weedmaps Integration settings).
If you do not select this option, orders created in Weedmaps will be crated as "draft" in Meadow, which does not assign inventory until you choose the inventory location you want to use for that order.
Copy/paste your API key and send it to your Weedmaps support person, or to help@weedmaps.com.

Ensure pick-up orders and/or delivery orders are enabled in your Meadow settings if you are trying to receive these order types from Weedmaps!
Resolving Product Update Delays on Weedmaps
Sometimes, product updates on Weedmaps may take longer than expected.
Monitor Update Status: This delay often occurs due to a backlog of updates in the queue. Check the status of your updates to understand if a high queue volume might be causing the delay. This allows you to gauge the expected processing time.
Review Your Meadow Setup: Confirm that all configurations on Meadow are accurate. Errors in setup might lead to issues during the update process.
Contact Weedmaps Support if Necessary: If delays persist despite verifying the above factors, reach out to Weedmaps to investigate potential system-side issues. Always cc Meadow Support (support@getmeadow.com) when communicating with Weedmaps.
