Meadow syncs to Metrc every 5 minutes for transfer and package info, but Metrc's API is often sluggishness or unresponsive, especially during busy hours. If Metrc's API is down, there is unfortunately nothing Meadow can do to pull in transfers until it comes back online.

You may see that a transfer is all queued up in the All Transfers tab, and we are just waiting for Metrc to send us the reception confirmation to pass the packages into Meadow. Usually this is resolved in an hour or two but we've seen cases that last nearly a day.
