To add a new social account to your Measure.Studio profile, click on the drop down menu from your name in the upper right corner and select "Manage Social Accounts."
Next, click on the "+ Add Account."
Then select the platform of your social account and follow the authentication steps.
After you've added your social account, it will show as "Syncing" for a few minutes while the data is being pulled into the system.
Please note the following account requirements:
Facebook Pages must be published for us to collect data. If they are currently unpublished, we will be unable to collect posts and their data.
Instagram accounts must be upgraded to either a Business or Creator account, and properly linked to a Facebook Page. If they are standard accounts or not linked to a Facebook Page that you have admin access to, we will be unable to collect posts and their data. Having trouble?
