To add a user to Meta Business Suite, navigate to business.facebook.com and switch to your organization's Business Suite account.

Next, click the Settings gear on the bottom left menu, then from the left menu, under the Users section, choose People.

If the user you're trying to add permissions for already exists, find them on the list. If they do not, click the Invite People button.

IF THEY ALREADY EXIST:

Click the user and click "Assign assets". You will want to make sure that each Facebook Page and Instagram account you want the user to connect to Measure Studio has been assigned with AT MINIMUM the Manage Insights permission enabled and the Revenue permission enabled where desired. Ideally the person connecting accounts to Measure Studio has full access though. Meta breaks permissions often.

IF THEY ARE A NEW USER

Click "Invite People" and work through the user invite wizard. You will want to make sure that each Facebook Page and Instagram account you want the user to connect to Measure Studio has been assigned with AT MINIMUM the Manage Insights permission enabled and the Revenue permission where desired. Ideally the person connecting accounts to Measure Studio has full access though to avoid any issues. Meta breaks permissions often.

PLEASE NOTE To connect Instagram the user will need to be added to both the Instagram account and the Facebook Page it is linked to. If the Instagram account is not linked to a Facebook Page, set that up using this guide.
