MedcoVet stands behind the quality and reliability of the Luma device. Since the device operates on a rental model, the weekly rental fee encompasses both device support from MedcoVet and treatment guidance from your veterinarian. Should you encounter any issues with the Luma within a 2-year period, MedcoVet commits to replacing it at no additional cost, ensuring uninterrupted treatment for your pet.

This warranty kicks in from the very day you receive the device, ensuring you're covered for any manufacturing defects or issues that might arise from regular usage. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction means we stand by our products and are always here to assist with any concerns during the warranty period.

The warranty starts from the time the client receives the unit, regardless of whether it starts as a rental or sale. If they choose rental pricing or purchase payments, the warranty would still start from the time they received the unit and not from the end of the payment period.

What is and is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty covers normal wear and tear. However, it does not cover damages such as dropping the device, damage from animals (like bite marks), or using the wrong charger.
