Managing multiple pets using a single app can be a breeze if you know the right steps. Here's a comprehensive guide on how to efficiently use the app for multiple pets:

1. Association with a Single Phone Number:

To ensure seamless management of multiple pets, it's crucial that all the 'cases' or profiles in the online portal (set up by your vet) are all linked to the same phone number. This not only helps in keeping all the data centralized but also ensures that you don't miss out on any notifications or updates related to any of your pets.

Important Note: Associating pet accounts with different phone numbers will result in double charges and the dispatch of two Luma devices. The phone number is used as a unique key in our database, so it's essential to use a single number for all your pets to avoid additional costs and device dispatches.

2. Navigating the App:

Once you've ensured that all your pets' profiles are associated with the same phone number, you can easily navigate between them. The app is designed with user-friendliness in mind, making it simple for pet owners to switch between different pet profiles.

3. Switching Between Protocols:

Locate the Button: On the app's main interface, look towards the upper right corner. You'll find a button that is specifically designed for this purpose.

Selecting Your Pet: Upon clicking this button, a dropdown menu will appear, listing all the pets associated with your phone number. Simply select the pet whose protocol you wish to view or modify.

Confirming the Switch: Once you've selected the desired pet, the app will instantly switch to that pet's protocol, allowing you to view or make changes as needed.

4. Tips for Efficient Management:

Regularly Update Information: Ensure that you regularly update each pet's information to keep track of their health and treatments.

Use Notifications: Enable notifications to stay informed about any upcoming appointments or medication schedules for each pet.

In conclusion, the app provides a streamlined approach to managing multiple pets. By associating all pet profiles with a single phone number and utilizing the switch button, you can effortlessly juggle between different pet protocols. Remember to keep all information updated and make the most out of the app's features for the best pet care experience.
