Problem: You're attempting to log into the app, but you encounter a message stating that the app can't access the server or the server is not responding.

  1. Login Issues:

    • Cause: Incorrect phone number entered by the prescriber (Vet) when the case was created.

    • Solution: Double-check the phone number you provided to your prescriber. If it's incorrect, contact your prescriber to update it.

    • Cause: User error during the login process.

    • Solution: Ensure you're entering the correct login credentials. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" option to reset it.

  2. Server Connection Issues:

    • Cause: The app is unable to establish a connection with the server.

    • Solution: Check your internet connection. If you're connected, try restarting the app or reinstalling it. If the problem persists, there might be an issue with our server, and we recommend waiting for a while before trying again.
