Explore Our Latest Hub Adjustments
We're introducing several changes to the Mediatool hub page to enhance user experience and make better use of the space, whether you're using MediatoolGPT or not.
Key Changes
For those not using MediatoolGPT, the hub now features three separate sections instead of one with a dropdown for "recently viewed items." This modification maximizes the use of layout space for better navigation. Users with MediatoolGPT enabled will still see the chat window.
New Hub Widgets
We have added new hub widgets that enhance the functionality of the Mediatool hub. These widgets are visible regardless of whether you have MediatoolGPT enabled and are distinct from those in the media overview header. Administrators can set them up at the advertiser group level.
It's important to note that hub widgets will only display values if the parent organization is the media type owner. Subsidiaries that function as their own organization with their own structure will need to configure their own hub widgets. Additionally, these widgets are based on the current fiscal year and cannot be filtered.
