There are a number of reasons as to why you may not be able to download Huma for iPhone
Here are a few solutions you may want to employ as part of your troubleshooting process.
Restart your phone: Turn your iPhone off and back on then try to download Huma from the iOS App Store
Poor internet connection?: Check that you have a working and stable, internet connection (#TIP: Try downloading Huma on 4G or 5G if your Wi-Fi / internet connection is poor)
Outdated version of iOS: Check what version of iOS your smartphone is running. It is possible that you are running a version of iOS that is not supported by Huma. Update to the latest version of iOS - Huma requires iOS 13 or later. To find out what version of iOS you have, click here
Lack of storage space: You may have insufficient space on your phone to download and install the Huma app (#TIP: Free up space by deleting unused apps to be able to download Huma)
App store Country/Region restrictions: It's possible the patient is not able to download the app due to country / region restrictions. Please ask the patient to check the country / region the app store they are using is based in. Patients must have access to the AE app store
The above solutions should help in trying to download Huma for iPhone.
