By default, the Huma clinician dashboard displays all patients that are enrolled on to Huma. However, clinicians can have a more personalised view and see patients that are directly under their care as well as transferring or assigning patients to other clinicians.
(1) Assigning patients to yourself or other clinicians
Assigning patients to yourself is easy!
Navigate to a patient that you want to assign to yourself
Click on the 'additional options' menu for that given patient. This is denoted by the three dots (...)
Lastly, click on 'Assign clinician' - you can choose to assign a patient to yourself or other clinicians. In this scenario, I will assign the patient to myself.
(2) Viewing 'my' / assigned patients
When you start assigning patients to yourself you can view these patients in a singular, personalised dashboard.
To view all patients assigned to yourself, simply navigate to the overview filter at the top of the screen and click on 'My patients'
(3) Viewing individual patients assigned to clinicians
Huma also provides you with a birds eye view of patients per clinician. You can see the number of patients assigned to a clinician as well as which patients have been transferred to a clinician.
To see how many patients are assigned or transferred to a clinician, simply navigate to the overview filter at the top of the screen and click on 'Clinicians'
At a glance, you can see the number of patients assigned to each clinician in Huma
To see details of patients assigned to a clinician, simply click on a clinician
You can see the name, date of birth and the last time the patient provided data on their vitals
You can also click into the patient to see historic vitals information, make notes or a call the patient through a telemedicine call
