With iOS 11 or later, you can record your screen.
This is extremely useful when you are experiencing an issue / bug with the Huma app. You can record your screen, use Huma and send a recording of the issue / bug to the Huma / Mediclinic Customer Support team. This can help speed up investigation and resolution times and get you back to using Huma faster!
To learn how to enable screen recording and to start a recording please see the below.
(1) How to enable 'Screen Recording'
With iOS 11 or later, go to Settings > Control Centre and tap 'More Controls' (or tap Customise Controls if you have iOS 13 or earlier), and then tap the green add button next to 'Screen Recording'
Once tapped, you will see the 'Screen recording' option, now display under the heading 'Included Controls'

(2) How to record your screen
Open Control Centre on your iPhone (Note, the way you access Control Centre will vary depending on the model of iPhone)
To start recording, tap Start Recording, then wait for the three-second countdown
Once the countdown has ended, you will be recording your screen
At this point, you can open and use the Huma app to showcase the issue or bug you may be experiencing
To stop recording, open Control Centre on your iPhone and then tap the red Record button or tap the red status bar at the top of your screen and tap Stop
(3) How to access your 'Screen recording'
All screen recordings are stored in Apple's official 'Photos app' as videos
(4) Sharing your screen recording with Huma
Select the recording of choice and share this with a member of the Huma customer support team team via Email
