With Android 8 or later, you can record your screen.
This is extremely useful when you are experiencing an issue / bug with the Huma app. You can record your screen, use Huma and send a recording of the issue / bug to a member of the Huma or Mediclinic support team. This can help speed up investigation and resolution times and get you back to using Huma faster!
Note, if your Android phone has a built in 'Screen recording' feature, feel free to use this to record your screen and share. However, for those who do not have screen recording or find it too difficult to setup / access, you can download a free screen recording app from the Google Play Store.
To learn how to download, setup and start a recording please see the below.

The last thing to do is toggle the option to allow drawing whilst recording, 'on'
AZ Screen recording will now be installed on your phone and ready for use!

You will then need to configure permissions for AZ Screen Recorder
The first permission relates to access of photos, media etc. Please tap on 'Allow'
The second permission related to access to your microphone. This is up to you to allow, but know, we at Huma do not require audio commentary in any troubleshooting video sent to us, so please feel free to tap 'Deny'. You will asked to confirm your choice, tap 'Cancel'
