Check how your Application will look like

To see what your project looks like, in the first step Basic Info add all the necessary information, which is marked with a red star, and then save your project. This will allow you to add modules in the next step, which correspond to the next sections and functions of our system. The following step is to add the individual modules of the application. Once you have selected a few of them, you have the opportunity to check how the Application and Landing Page of your event will look like:

You can check the information you have entered from the very beginning, both on the Landing Page and in the mobile Application on your phone. There is no need to fill in all the content right away, as the changes are updated immediately.

The trial version of the application allows for verification of the landing page by five users who, regardless of the type of access set, will have to register to enter the page.

Checking the content on the Landing Page

The Landing Page will open in a new browser tab when you click the Globe icon anywhere in the administration panel.

If in the Access section, in the access settings, the access mode Optional was selected - the page will not require user login. In the case of the Required or Whitelist access mode, the user will be asked to log in. The login information for the Landing Page is the same as for the admin panel.

Checking the content in the Application

If you already have our App installed on your phone, scan the QR code visible in the admin panel with any tool. You can also scan the code directly through the Meeting Application by clicking on the QR code symbol in the Search field. Your event should pop up in the app.

If you are just getting started with Meeting Application then after scanning the QR code, the selected tool on your phone should automatically take you to the Appstore or Google Play to download the free application. If that doesn't happen, go directly to the Appstore or Google Play and download the free Meeting Application app and then create an account.

Your event will be listed in the App, go into it and click Join. If you have previously set an access code in the "Basic info" section, the app will ask you to type it in. After entering the code, you can freely browse the app from the participant's point of view.

Show your Application before publishing

If you want to show the current changes in the App to your client or co-workers, you can provide them with a QR code for the configured App and a link to the Landing Page. The pre-publication version of the event can be used by up to 5 logged-in users.

Remember that not all modules visible in the admin panel are visible in the Application and Landing Page. Some modules are visible only in the app, for example, News, Banners, Photo booth, Treasure Hunt or Content Unlocker. In addition, if you hide some modules in the admin panel then they will not be visible in the application preview.

Have a successful event with Meeting Application!
