Check-in - checking participants' tickets

If the event has tickets, each attendee who purchased a ticket or received a free pass will receive a unique QR code that entitles them to enter the event area. Our system allows for a quick and easy ticket Check-in process.

This article provides instructions on how to perform check-in of your attendees.

How to process the check-in of your event participants?

  1. As a first step, the people who will be responsible for scanning QR codes, at the reception of your event, must have an account in Meeting Application.

    You can register for our system at the link: https://panel.meetingapplication.com/#/account/register
    or in your event's Application.

  2. These people will then be assigned as administrators in the Event Application, and will be given access to the Administrator Panel. To do this, send our support the email addresses of the users who are to be given the appropriate permissions.

  3. In the next step, the administrators authorized to check tickets must log into your event's Application.

  4. After entering the Application, click on the Menu on the bottom bar and go to the Admin Component module, then click on the Event Check-in tab:

5. A QR code scanner will appear on your phone screen. Ask the event participant to view the code with the ticket in the event's Mobile App on their phone. To open the QR code as a user, authorizing entry to the event, go to the Menu and click on the ticket icon. Then go to the Events tab, where you will find all your tickets. When you click on the ticket of the current event, a QR code will appear on the screen ready for check-in:

Attendees can also show the QR code directly from their email where they received the ticket or printed, paper version. In either case, you can scan the code through the check -in module on your phone.

6. After the scan, you will receive information about the participant's correct check-in, and their status will change to Checked in both in the App and in the Admin Panel. At this point, you can allow the checked person into the event area:

PRO TIP

In case any of your event's attendees show up without a prepared QR code with an admission ticket, you can manually process their check-in through the App or the Admin Panel.

In the App, under the Admin Check-in tab, click on the man icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then click + next to the person whose status you want to change to Checked in:

In the Admin dashboard, go to Manage > Users and click the multi-dot next to the person, then Check-in the user. This will assign a Checked in status to the participant and allow them to join the event:
