QR codes in the Meeting Application system

If you create an event in the Meeting Application system for which paid or free registration is required, each participant, after purchasing a ticket or registering, will receive an entry ticket via email in the form of a QR code that authorizes entry to the event. The participant can print this ticket or download it to his/her phone as a pdf file.

QR codes authorizing entry to the event are also available on the Mobile App. For more information, see the User Check-in article.

Limited registration for workshops or closed events is also possible in the system - for information on QR codes in the agenda, see the article Agenda of your event. In the case of agenda sessions for which advance seat reservations are required, the event user, after signing up for a specific session, also receives a QR code so that the user can participate in it.

A personal user code in the App is a unique identification assigned to each event user. This code comes in the form of a QR code and is generated when a user registers with the Meeting Application System, independently of your event.

By scanning the other user's QR code, you send an invitation to your group of friends in the Application.

To find your personal code, click on the man icon in the bottom bar, which will redirect you to the My Profile tab. Then press the Click button to use the QR code, and your personal QR code will appear on the screen:

The second place in the App where you can find your individual code is the QR code icon, in the Menu. When you click on it, your personal code will be displayed on your phone's screen:

PRO TIP

Your personal user code is also associated with all your purchased admission tickets. When entering a specific event, all you need to do is scan your QR code.

When you register for an event for free or purchase a ticket, as an attendee you receive your ticket in the form of a QR code, which allows you to enter the area of the organized event.

To check your event admission code, go to the Menu on the bottom bar and click on the ticket icon. Under the Events tab, you will see your all tickets. When you click on a specific ticket, a QR code will appear on your phone screen ready for check-in:

If the event you are already attending has sessions on its agenda, such as lectures or workshops, for which advance seat reservations are required, you can book them in the App. After booking, you will receive an individual admission ticket for each session. In the Event App, go to Menu, then under your profile click on the ticket icon and a page with all your tickets will show up. Go to the Sessions tab and you will see all the sessions you are signed up for. When you click on the session of your choice, you'll see your entry ticket ready to be scanned on the screen:
