This guide will walk you through the workflow of assigning Action Items from MeetingFull to non-MeetingFull users. We'll walk through the experience for both the assigner (MeetingFull user) and the recipient (non-MeetingFull user).

1. Start by Creating an Action Item in MeetingFull and assigning it to the non-MeetingFull user

2. Create your Action Item and assign it to the non-MeetingFull recipient

The Action Item will not be sent until you complete the next step in this guide.

3. When the meeting is over, Tap on "Send Action Items"

4. Distribute the Action Items

5. Let's switch to the Non-MeetingFull recipient's view. Find the email from the assignee in your Inbox

6. View the Action Item details in the email

The email contains the Meeting Title, Topic Name, Action Item description, Due Date and Status

7. Tap on "Manage my Action Items"

Click on "Manage my action items" in the menu in the email to access and manage all of your Action Items

8. Enter the verification code sent to your email

Security first! We make sure that only the Action Item assignee can access their Action Items

9. Find the assigned Action Item

Your Kanban board aggregates ALL Action Items assigned to you from MeetingFull.

10. Update the Action Item Status by dragging it on the Kanban board

This update will reflect to the meeting attendees in MeetingFull so that they can track the Action Items assigned in their meeting.

11. You can also add a Note

Click on the "Notes" button.

12. Let's switch back to the MeetingFull user's view

Now, let's return to MeetingFull and explore how the other meeting participants view your Action Item updates within the MeetingFull.

13. Find the meeting with the assigned Action Item

Expand the meeting to see all Action Items created in the meeting.

14. View the updated status and new Note from the non-MeetingFull user
