What is pool billing?

The idea being pool billing is that you can share credits dynamically between team members. You can also buy more credits when ever needed, allowing for more flexible and collaborative credit management.

How does pool billing work?

The new transparent pricing will be:

  • 1€ per credit/meeting up to 1000 credits

  • 0,9€ per credit/meeting up to 5000 credits

  • 0,8€ per credit/meeting for +5000 credits

Plus a monthly 8€ per team member.

Your company can start with as little as 100 credits per month. When ever you need more credits you can either

  • Purchase a one-off credit pack or

  • Increase your monthly pool size (in packs of 100 credits)

Note: You and your team need to be at least on version 4.0.5. to set up company billing.

How to set up company billing?

Once you (as the admin of your company) are ready to set up a company account, it's as easy as

  1. Go to your billing settings

  2. Click on "Request company billing"

  3. Add your credit card details

  4. Add your company billing address

  5. Add your company name and the amount of credits you need

You are done! Just wait for our approval and you can start adding team members

How much do I need to pay for my team?

Let's make an example:

For a company of 10 team members and with 300 credits per month, this would mean a monthly subscription of 380€
