Have you recently upgraded your jamie account to a paid plan and you would now like to download your invoice?
Note: This only applies for individual users. For company admins, invoices can be directly downloaded in the billing settings. Read more here.
You can easily download your invoices (and receipts) by opening our billing portal in your jamie app and downloading the relevant invoice under "Invoice History".
Step-by-step Guide
Go to your Settings
Select Billing in the settings menu
Click "Open billing portal"
Open the relevant invoice under "Invoice History"
Click "Download invoice"
You are done 🎉
