Two ways to work with Megan

1) Built into your workflow

Flip on Megan for the stages where she helps most, like AI Screening, Scheduling, Interview Notes, or Background Checks, and she’ll run that play automatically while you stay in control of decisions. Everything stays in sync with your ATS.

2) On-demand help

Need something specific? Open Megan and ask:

  • “Find strong finance-manager prospects in our existing pool and email the top 10.”

  • “Draft a summary of yesterday’s interviews.”

  • “Schedule panel interviews next week for the shortlisted candidates.”
    She’ll execute, track progress, and report back.

Megan has access to many of the same candidate management features you have in your ATS and she can use those as tools to get work done for you.

When she’s doing work for you, she’ll create a task. Those tasks will be linked inside the conversation as well as on the Home screen in the “AI Work History” section.
