What makes a job appear in Mega
Megan is added in Lever
Your Lever admin adds Megan to the job as a Limited Team Member.You’re on that job as a Team Member / Limited Team Member
If you’re assigned to the job in Lever, Mega will pull the job (and its candidates) into your Mega workspace and show it to you.
Team Member / Limited Team Member
If you’re the Team Member / Limited Team Member on a job, Mega automatically brings that job and its candidates into your view, no extra setup needed.
Member roles & permissions in Mega (what changes on sync)
When teammates first join Mega, they start with the most basic access and then are elevated if they’re actually on a hiring team.
How Mega Permissions Work (When Connected to Lever)
Everyone from Lever starts as an Interviewer
They can only connect their calendar or Zoom; no access to candidates or jobs.
Team Member / Limited Team Member automatically get Standard access
They can work with Megan, but only on the jobs and candidates they already have access to in Lever.
A few selected people become Admins
When your account is activated, the Mega CS team will assign admins.
Admins can update team members' roles as needed.
