Adding Megan into Lever
What Megan (AI hiring assistant) has access to manage in Lever is controlled by what jobs she is added as a Limited Team Member on.
Follow the steps in this article to invite megan+COMPANYNAME@mega.hr to Lever as a Limited Team Member.
COMPANYNAME should be replaced with the full name of your company without any spaces.
For example, for a company named Acme Corp, you could use megan+acmecorp@mega.hr.
If you have any questions on this, please contact your Mega HR Account Manager or email partner-support@mega.hr.
You may choose to add her to all jobs, or select them individually but Megan must be added as a Limited Team Member.
This ensures Megan can see what’s happening on the role, contribute updates, and keep everything in sync between Lever and Mega.

Adding Megan as a Follower
To make sure Megan can actually do work inside each Lever job: logging notes, sharing updates, and handling complex, conversational tasks—you’ll also want to add her as a Follower on every role.
Once Megan has been added as a user in Lever, make sure that for each job you want her to help with:
She has access to the job in Lever
She is added as a Follower on that job
Once the following steps have been completed, it’s time to Activate the Mega HR integration:
Super Admin approves Mega HR integration
Required Webhooks configured
Megan has been added to one or more jobs as a Limited Team Member
Your Mega HR account manager then initiates a sync with your Lever company. Once that completes (1 min - 1 hour depending on how much data) you’re ready to go!
