How can I become a Featured Character?
If you have 5 or more Rising Characters selected through the [Monthly Rising] contest, your Partner Creator status will be reviewed on the 1st of each month, and all of your characters will be promoted to Featured Characters. All characters you create afterwards will also become Featured Characters with the same benefits.

You can check your available withdrawal amount on the Creator Dashboard within the service.
Upon withdrawal request, payment will be made on the 10th of each month (next business day if holiday) after identity and account verification.
Minimum monthly withdrawal: 50,000 KRW
Maximum monthly withdrawal: 3,000,000 KRW
Withdrawal unit: 10,000 KRW
Payment is made after withholding 3% income tax and 0.3% local income tax (3.3% total), and withholding details are provided at the time of withdrawal.
This benefit is only available to adult creators aged 19 or older who have completed Melting adult verification.

Featured Melting Only must remain public for a certain period, and switching to private is restricted.
This is the minimum standard to protect recommendation exposure and user experience.
However, if the following conditions are met, switching to private is possible:
If exposed for 3 months or more from the selection or setting date
Even if the above conditions are not met, switching to private is possible by consulting with the support team if there are unavoidable reasons such as setting resets or sensitive issues.
Featured Characters are continuously monitored and supported by the support team, and we will provide necessary assistance for connecting with more users and improving revenue.
If the number of Rising Characters falls below 5 due to making them private or deleting them, you will be excluded from Featured Character benefits.
Melting Only characters cannot be published on other platforms simultaneously. If duplicate publication is confirmed through reports or administrator verification, the character Melting Only status will be removed and Featured Character benefits will be terminated.
If a Featured Character is set to private, the private dates will be excluded from settlement regardless of timing.
Related policies may change depending on the Melting service situation.

Characters are selected through the [Monthly Rising] contest at the end of each month to become Rising Characters.
Characters are comprehensively reviewed and selected based on visual completeness, attractiveness, creativity, and more.

When necessary, the support team (or Creator PD) may contact you through your verified phone number, email, etc. to discuss exposure strategies, feedback, and planning directions.
If Rising Characters are set to private or do not meet eligibility criteria, they will be excluded from benefits.
If a character is set to private during Monthly Rising operation, unrecovered advance Cones may be reclaimed.
If activity is suspended for a long period after selection, user response is significantly low, or sanctions are imposed due to service policy violations, Rising selection may be revoked or excluded from monitoring.
Example: Characters with no conversation for 30+ days, repeated conversation failures, usage restriction measures, etc.
Melting Only characters cannot be published on other platforms simultaneously.
If duplicate publication is confirmed through reports or administrator verification, the character Melting Only status will be removed and Rising Character selection will be cancelled.Related policies may change depending on the Melting service situation.

General Precautions
Benefits will be revoked in cases of account suspension, registration with false information, or withdrawal from the Melting service.
Characters that violate Melting's operational guidelines (such as plagiarism, offensive expressions, etc.) will be excluded from benefits after a report is received and reviewed by the operations team.
Violations of the Melting service terms will result in exclusion from all benefits.
These terms may be changed with prior notice in accordance with relevant laws and service policy changes.
Changes will be communicated through notices or the operational policy menu within the service.
