Shared Queries
You can decide who you want to share your queries with.
Shared searches: These searches will be visible by all the users of the account.
My searches: These searches will be exclusive to you.
Topic name: These searches will be visible by the users that are curators on that topic page.
Shared Monitored Sources
You can decide who has access to the sources added in the source monitoring.
Shared sources: These sources will be visible by all the users of the account.
My sources: These sources will be exclusive to you.
Topic name: These sources will be visible by the users that are curators on that topic page.
Readers Engagement
Read only access
You can give read-only access to your topics to users called readers. This way, they will be able to view the content you have published.
Reader interactions
Readers can react to the content you have published. They have the possibility to like, comment and share a publication.
Article suggestions
Readers can suggest articles to curators. We recommend using the bookmarklet for quick and easy handling.
The curators reserve the right to accept or refuse a suggested article with the possibility of leaving a personalized message for the person who submitted the article. This feature helps engage your readers.
The reader suggests an article
The curator receives a notification from their user account. He can also find all the suggestions awaiting validation from Content Search:
The suggestion can be accepted (=Publish) or refused (=Delete).
Suggested article refused by the curator
Article accepted by the curator and published on the topic.
