Your affiliate has made a sale – congrats! Now, let’s look at how you can process payout for your affiliates and make sure they receive a commission on the sale.

First, go to Affiliates > Reports. Here, you can use the Date Search feature to see the pending commissions for a specific timeline.

Next, you'll want to scroll a bit further down until you find the 'Pending Commissions' area.

Click on the 'Export To CSV' button to download the data. This is where you can find your affiliate's payout info which will allow you to easily bulk pay affiliates via PayPal or another payment system that you use. In the future, we'll also make this available inside their specific member's profile.

If you're using PayPal, navigate to "Pay and Get Paid" > Send Money." Copy and paste your affiliate's email address from your MemberVault CSV, enter the payment amount, and follow the steps to send payment.

Once you've paid off all your affiliate's commissions, you can click the 'Mark as Paid' button. This will clear out your pending commissions and your users will see them as paid on their end as well.

If you're already using our affiliate feature before we rolled out the payout info, you can add your affiliate terms by going to Affiliate > Settings. Next time your affiliate logs in they'll need to agree to the terms and add their payout info before they can access the Affiliate Center.

Note that MV tracking only applies to purchases made using the MV checkout cart. If you are using an external checkout cart system such as ThriveCart, SamCart etc, you will need to use their Affiliate Links in order to track your Affiliate sales.
