We’re excited to share an update that gives you more control and flexibility over how you reward your affiliates — especially for products with recurring payment options.

This update was released in late November 2025, and requires no action on your part to continue using your current setup. Our affiliate feature works the same as it has previously, with new optional features available whenever you’re ready to use them.

1. Set Affiliate Payouts Per Payment Option

You now have the ability to define affiliate payout amounts individually for each payment option on a product or offer.

  • Previously, all payment options shared the same affiliate payout.

  • With this update, you can customize payouts for:

    • One-time payment options

    • Monthly/annual subscriptions

    • Payment plans

    • Any other recurring payment options you’ve created

Your existing affiliate settings were automatically migrated so all payment options kept their original payout amount. You can update these at any time by editing the affiliate settings for that product or offer.

2. Updated Affiliate Center View for Your Members

Your affiliates will now see a refreshed Affiliate Center layout.

  • The new display shows each available payment option for the products they’re promoting.

  • This makes it easier for affiliates to understand their earning opportunities and promote the payment structures that best fit their audience.

3. Recurring Affiliate Payouts Are Now Supported

Recurring affiliate payouts now work for both Stripe and PayPal.

A couple things to note:

  • PayPal still includes a slight delay for the first recurring payment (this is a known limitation on their side). After that initial delay, recurring commissions track as expected.

  • You do still need to manually payout your affiliates from Stripe or PayPal, as our platform doesn't automatically do this for you.

How Payout Tracking Works

Affiliate payouts — including recurring commissions — continue to function just like before.

The only difference is that you now have more granular control:

  • Set different commission amounts for each payment option

  • Choose how many recurring cycles you want affiliates to earn commissions on

All payouts will follow the same timeline and reporting structure you’re already used to.

Getting Started

If you'd like to adjust your affiliate payouts:

  1. Go to "Affiliates" > "Products" on the left side of your admin dashboard.

  2. Review and customize the payout amounts for each payment option

  3. (Optional) Set the number of recurring cycles you want to pay out for

These settings take effect immediately and won’t disrupt any existing affiliate activity.
