Overview of the User Profile Area

There will be times when you need to check out a member inside your MV account, whether to look at their overall engagements and stats, manually give them access to a product, or looking at their activity logs.

This article will walk you through each of the sections in your members' individual profiles (we'll primarily use the member terminology, but you may see older references to users vs members -- different terms, same people).

First, you'll need to go to Members > List area within your Admin Account. From there, you can access the individual profiles of each of your members.

Search for the specific member whose profile you wish to view, and click on the pencil and paper icon to the right of their name and email.

Within this area, you'll be able to update the member's information (name, email, password) and see valuable data regarding their product access & engagement.
