If you’re not familiar with CANVA, it’s basically a fun + user friendly design tool that you can use for free to help with all your design projects for your business.
We personally love and use CANVA for everything including our Monthly Design Drop where we create templates for all your MV needs.
Although you can access the template links at any time, we highly encourage you to save a copy of the CANVA templates to your own CANVA account to ensure that you’ll have lifetime access to it.
How to save a copy of CANVA templates to your own CANVA account
Saving the template is super easy and requires just a few simple steps.
Step 1: Once you clicked on the template link, you’ll be directed to this page where it prompted you to copy the template:
Step 2: Click on the ‘Use template’ button:
And that’s it! The template will be copied to your own CANVA account and you can then begin to edit the design.
The best part about this is that they’re fully editable meaning you can change all the elements to fit your brand.
Once you’re happy with your design, it’s time to download them to be used on your MV account!
Please note that you should always upload your design instead of using the CANVA embed links to add image/graphics to your MV account
How to Download Finished Files
Step 1: Click the ‘Share’ button at the top right corner of your account in order to access the Download option:
Step 2: Select your preferred version under the File Type dropdown menu and click the ‘Download’ button:
That’s it! You’re now ready to showcase your shiny new design on your MV account! 🙌
NOTE: For the Monthly Drop Design, we recommend downloading the file as ‘PNG’ or ‘GIF’ depending on the design (‘PNG’ for static image and ‘GIF’ for animated graphics). This is to ensure that the file is fully optimized and working as intended.
