In this article, we're covering how to connect your MV account to your Kit account.
We are now using Kit's latest v4 Integration. If you've had Kit connected to your MV since before April 28th 2025 (using v3), you'll see a red box at the top of your MV account prompting you to move over to the new version. This takes approximately 30 seconds, and will move all of your current tags and relevant Kit Info automatically to the new version!
Note that both v3 and v4 integrations still work with MV at the moment, so you won't see any interruption to the connection between your Kit and MV accounts.
1. Log in to your MV account, go to Integrations > Email and choose Kit from the dropdown menu.
2. A box will appear below the Email Service Connection. Click the button in Step 2 to Connect to Kit.
3. You'll be automatically directed to Kit (if you're not logged in to Kit, you'll be prompted to do so first):
4. Select the Kit Account you want to connect with, and then click "Grant access to MemberVault".
Once you’ve clicked this, you'll be redirected back to MV and should see the success message that says 'Kit Connected':
And that’s it! Well done -- You’ve now successfully connected your account with Kit. 🙌
