Please review the following details based on your specific needs.
To Upgrade Your Account
To review MV's available plans, log into your admin account and go to your admin menu in the top right corner and select 'Account Plans'.

This will open a page that will show your current options for upgrading.
Select the option that suits your needs best to set up your subscription or purchase.
Once you have completed the purchase process, your account will be upgraded to your new plan within approximately 3-5 minutes.
To Upgrade to Another Paid Plan
If you are on a legacy plan, and have exceeded the user capacity for your current paid plan or are close to doing so, you can upgrade to our 5 Product, 15 Product, or All-Access plan which provide you with an unlimited user capacity.
Legacy accounts do qualify for a recurring 30% discount on our current plans, so you can email #TeamMV at hello@membervault.co or reach out to us via chat support for your custom discount code (make sure to select the "Talk to a Person" option when our chat bot answers).
If you are on the 5 Product or 15 Product plan and wish to increase your product limit, you can select the 15 Product or All Access plan to do so.
To Downgrade From Your Paid Plan
If you would like to switch from our All Access or 15 Product plan to the 15 Product or 5 Product plan, make sure you move any extra products to Inactive status to unlock the option to downgrade to one of these plans.
To Cancel Your Subscription
Visit "Account Plans" in the top right corner of your MV admin dashboard, and select "Cancel Plan" under your Current Plan.
We recommend doing this at least 2 business days (Monday-Friday) in advance of your subscription renewal to ensure we cancel this for you in a timely fashion.
Our team will send you a confirmation email when we've processed your cancelation request.
To Permanently Close/Delete Your MV Account
If you've determined that MV is not an ideal fit for you and you would like to close your account, please email us at hello@membervault.co or reach out to us via chat support.
Although we'll be sad to see you go, we will gladly help you close your account.
Please note that closing your account means your account and all included data & content will be permanently deleted from the platform.
Once this is done, it cannot be reversed. If requesting the closure of your account, please confirm in your email that you have already taken the required measures to save any data/content that you may need in the future.
