If you've determined that MV is no longer an ideal fit for you, and you would like to cancel your paid subscription with us, you can schedule your subscription cancelation from your admin dashboard.
Navigate to Account Plans in the top right corner of your dashboard:
Under your current plan, select the red "Cancel Plan" button. If you do not see this button, please reach out to us in chat or email.
Confirm that you wish to continue with canceling your subscription, and if desired provide your reasoning for cancelation.
If you are paying for your subscription via Stripe, and your billing email matches your admin email, then our system will automatically schedule this cancelation for you at the end of your current billing window
If you're paying for your subscription via PayPal, our team will need to schedule this cancelation request for you -- it is our priority to get these scheduled in a timely fashion for you, so you can typically expect to receive confirmation from our team within 1 business day (Monday-Friday except for US holidays). You can also cancel your billing agreement with us directly in PayPal if you're nearing the end of your billing cycle and want to ensure you're not billed again before our team can schedule this for you.
