How to Cancel your Paid MemberVault Account

If you've determined that MV is no longer an ideal fit for you, and you would like to cancel your paid subscription with us, you can submit a cancelation request from your admin dashboard.

  1. Navigate to Account Plans in the top right corner of your dashboard:

  2. Under your current plan, select the red "Cancel Plan" button. If you do not see this button, please reach out to us in chat or email.

  3. Confirm that you wish to continue with canceling your subscription, and if desired provide your reasoning for cancelation.

You will receive an email from one of our team members within 2 business days confirming your subscription cancelation as well as the date when your account will transition to admin read-only access.

For this reason, we recommend submitting your cancelation request at least 2 business days prior to your re-billing date to ensure we are able to cancel your subscription before it renews.
