Your plan will NOT change, and you'll be locked into the legacy pricing for your plan for as long as you remain current on that plan.

Here are some common questions we anticipate that you might have about this change as a paid user:

Q - I'm on an annual paid plan -- what if I outgrow my current plan after the pricing changes but before my annual term is up?

We appreciate your support, and will absolutely offer a prorated credit for the time remaining on your current annual billing cycle to use towards our new unlimited everything plan ($99/mth or $990/year).

And as a thank you for being with us through this transition, you'll also receive a 30% discount ongoing on the new plan, whether you choose to upgrade to a monthly or annual plan. Simply reach out to customer support through chat support or via email at hello@membervault.co. (For the fastest turnaround, be sure to let us know whether you'd like to upgrade to a monthly or annual subscription for the unlimited plan.)

Q - I have multiple accounts, is there a discount available to me if one of my accounts is already a paid account?

Yes - we definitely want to show our gratitude for those who decide to upgrade more than one account. If you already have a paid account, you are entitled to a 50% discount when you choose to upgrade an additional account.

Simply reach out to customer support through chat support or via email at hello@membervault.co to request your custom coupon code. (For the fastest turnaround, be sure to let us know what plan you wish to upgrade to and whether you want to go with the monthly or annual option.)

Q - How will the new unlimited everything plan be different from my current paid plan?

To be VERY clear -- your existing paid plan is NOT changing.

You're locked into legacy pricing for that plan for as long as you remain current on your plan (if a monthly/annual plan, or a lifetime payment plan...if you've paid off your lifetime plan, you're good!).

We're simply answering this for people who want to compare their existing plan with the new plan to decide if they want to switch.

All of our paid plans have always included all platform features, and are only different based on the user limit of your plan.

The only difference between your existing plan (that you get to keep, and is NOT CHANGING...caps for emphasis) and the new unlimited everything plan coming out in April is that the new plan has no user limit.

If you want to switch from your current plan to the new unlimited everything plan, know that you can apply a 30% discount to it. No expiration on that discount.

Q - You mentioned that you'll be exploring advanced integrations on ActiveCampaign. What does that mean if I'm not using AC?

We have always been big fans of ActiveCampaign. Their features allow for a high level of personalization, and customization and their development tools play very well with outside integrations.

Currently, there is no difference between our email tool integrations. Moving forward we'll be looking at ActiveCampaign as our advanced email integration for users interested in really getting into advanced user experience journeys.

All other email tool integrations will be considered basic integrations. This won't change any of the current abilities that you have with your email tool.

Q - What happens to my account if I decide to cancel?

If you decide to cancel your subscription before April 1st, 2022, you will be downgraded to the current free plan at the end of your billing cycle and will maintain access to the free plan until June 30th, 2022. On July 1st, your account will move to admin read-only access for a period of one year (until June 30th, 2023).

Should you decide to cancel your subscription on or after April 1st, 2022, you and your users will continue to have full access to your account until the end of your billing cycle. At that time, your account will transition to admin read-only access for a period of one year.

Q - What is the 'admin read-only' plan? And what happens to my account after my access to 'admin read-only' ends?

The 'admin read-only' plan will allow you to continue to access the data & content within your account. Your products will no longer be displayed on your MV Site and your users will no longer be able to access any of your products.

While you will not be able to make any changes or additions to your products or user list, you will be able to access all data & content for review or exporting.

At the end of your admin read-only access, your account and all associated data & content will be permanently removed from the platform.

Q - I'm confused - there isn't any mention of these details in MemberVault's current Terms & Conditions?

Yes, that's correct - because these new terms do not take effect until April 1st, 2022. You can anticipate us sharing new Terms & Conditions for the platform with all users in early April.
