If you find yourself in a situation where you need to export your user list, know that this is possible from within your MV account and this article will show you where to access them and how to complete the process.

First, you'll need to go to User > List and from there you'll find a full list of all the users inside your MV account shown by default:

Next, you'll see the 'CSV' link on top right corner of the page. Click on that link in order to export your user list:

**Note that once you clicked the CSV option, the list will be automatically downloaded to your device and will not open in a new tab.

You can also export your users list by product.

All you need to do is click on the 'All Users' located on the first top row of the filter options and a dropdown menu will appear.

You'll see a list of all the available products inside your account along with the total number of users for each of the products:

You can select any product from the menu and our system will filter the list out for you. You can then proceed to export the user list for that one specific product by clicking on the CSV link at the top right corner of the page.
