You’ve bought a couple of products from the MV shop (YAY!!) but somehow you’re not sure or forget where or how to access them.
Don’t sweat it, we can help.
The best part is it takes only a couple of clicks to find what you’re looking for :)
All you need to do is simply visit this link and enter the email address you use to complete the purchase:
You'll see the exact account you registered with us (if any) and the # of products you owned associated with that email address:
Next, click on the 'Send List of Accounts by Email' button.
We'll then send you an email where you can access a list of all your past purchases.
From there, you can go through the list and once you click on any of the links, you can use the same email address as your username and password in order to log in and access the product in question.
Easy peasy!
