If you have another website in addition to MV that you prefer to use as your main site and storefront, there are a couple of different methods you can use to sell your products there.
Method 1: Use your main website as an external sales page + cart for your MemberVault products. (This article will walk you through those steps.)
MV allows you to use an external sales and/or checkout page. Here are a couple of articles from our Knowledge Base, which explain how this works in more detail:
The most important connection here is letting MV know when someone has made a purchase on your main website so that we know to give them access. Here's an overview progression of how this works:
Buyer purchases on your main site β They are added to your email list (you'll need to set this up on your main website) β Add their Name and Email to your product in MV (this method will vary depending on your email service)β Send them a welcome email with their login details.
Method 2: Create a placeholder storefront on your main website so visitors can see your products displayed there, but use MV's direct checkout/sign up page to collect sales or sign ups.
This will allow you to skip a few steps from Method 1 because MV will automatically know someone has signed up to your product when they go through our direct checkout page and will give them immediate access upon sign up/purchase.
