Help! Where are my products?

Missing some of your products? Check Inactive Status in your dashboard!

If you have recently purchased one of our subscriptions that have a product limit (i.e. 5 products, 15 products), and you had a MemberVault account with us before, you may not see all of the products you created in Active, Invisible or Archived status.

Rest assured, we will never delete a product on your behalf. If you had more than 5 or 15 products in Active, Invisible, or Archived status when you purchased the 5 or 15 product subscription, our system will move all extra products to "Inactive" status.

You can locate these under "Inactive" products in your admin dashboard.
