If you haven't read our How to use our community feature help article yet, we recommend starting there.

All of our plans included all of our features. It's a core belief for us here at MemberVault, and one that stands out from other tools.

Instead of feature gating, which means that you have to upgrade to a higher priced plan to get a certain feature, we give all features to all plans. Instead we gate our plans based on usage. That way, you can use everything on any plan, but as you grow, you can increase the capacity of your plan by upgrading to a different plan. See our available plans here.

So yes, you absolutely can use the community feature on your current plan.

The limits on the community plan are as follows:

  • All Legacy monthly and annual, Lifetime Lite, Founding 100, Lite, Lifetime Starter and All Access Lifetime account owners can have unlimited communities.

  • 5 Product plan account owners can have one community.

  • 15 Product plan account owners can have 3 communities.

If you'd like to have more communities in your account, upgrade inside of your MemberVault account by going to the top right corner > admin > account plans.
