Anyone with the qq.com domain will be blocked by MemberVault, and not added to your account. We made that decision due to excessive spam from that domain and an overall bad reputation where many systems block it.

We don’t make that decision lightly, but for the safety and security of our account owners, we had to in the case of that domain.
