To cancel your Mentionlytics subscription, follow these steps:
Go to the left menu in the Mentionlytics app
Select "Settings"
Click on "Plan and Billing"
Scroll down to find the "Cancel subscription" button below your plan features
Click the button and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process
What Happens After Cancellation?
After you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have full access to all features during this time.
You'll see confirmation of your cancellation in two places:
A notification in your Plan and Billing section
A banner at the top of the platform
Can I Reactivate My Account?
Yes! You can reactivate your account at any time before your billing period ends.
