Saved Searches have always supported broad filters like regions or municipalities. Now, you can:
Monitor individual parcels of land
Track custom-drawn areas within a city
This is ideal for following activity around client sites, active jobs, land you’re evaluating, or high-value corridors.
You can save a location in two ways:
Option 1: Save a Specific Parcel
Open the map and zoom in until individual parcels are visible.
Locate the parcel you want to monitor (e.g., a client site or target property).
Make sure your other filters are set to match the types of projects you care about.
Click Save Search, just like you would for any other search.
Option 2: Draw a Custom Area
On the map, click Draw Area.
Click to create the boundary points of the area you want to follow.
Connect the final point to complete the shape.
Review the projects that fall within the custom boundaries.
Add or adjust any additional filters as needed.
Click Save Search to create a new Saved Search.

You can edit saved parcels or custom areas from either the map or your dashboard.

In the left-hand panel, open the Custom Map Area filter.
