Website & AI SEO Automations

Paige helps you automate both your website SEO and AI SEO so your business shows up higher in organic search results and on AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and others.

It does this by training Google and AI crawlers on what’s most important about your business using structured data — the exact format these systems need to understand and trust your information.

When you open the Website & AI SEO Automations tab, you’ll see two main sections.

1️⃣ FAQs (Q&A Automation)

This section helps you automatically generate SEO-optimized FAQs for your website.

How it works

  • First, choose your approval requirements

  • Once selected and you click the save button at the bottom of the screen, Paige will generate your first batch of FAQs

  • After that, Paige will continue creating new FAQs automatically based on your frequency settings ongoing

💡 These FAQs help Google and AI platforms clearly understand what your business does, which improves rankings and visibility.

Managing your FAQs

  • The first batch of 8 FAQs is automatically approved
(You likely wouldn’t add this widget to your site until you’re happy with them!)

  • To edit or remove a FAQ:

    • Click the pencil icon to edit

    • Click the trash can icon to delete

  • Want to add FAQs manually before Paige does?

    • Click “Add more” in the top-right of the FAQ section

🎨 Styling Your FAQ Widget

Once FAQs are generated, you can fully control how they look on your website.

  • Click over to the Styling tab

  • Customize things like:

    • Font colors

    • Background colors

    • Whether the title shows

    • Border sizes

    • How they're displayed

    • And more — so it matches your website perfectly

📌 Adding FAQs to Your Website

When you’re happy with your FAQs:

  1. Copy the embed code shown below the FAQs

  2. Paste it into your website using:

    • An HTML embed, or

    • An iframe embed

Important things to know

  • You only need to install this code once

  • New FAQs will automatically appear as Paige creates them

  • The widget has a fixed height, so it won’t take over your entire page — it will simply add a scrollbar when needed

👉 Best placement: Near the bottom of your homepage for maximum SEO impact.

2️⃣ Structured Schema Markup (Extremely Important)

Think of structured schema markup as the DNA of your business. This is the information that Google and AI crawlers can read perfectly to understand:

  • Who you are

  • What you do

  • Where you operate

  • What your business hours are

  • What your social media profiles are

  • What your phone number is

  • Which currencies you accept

  • What people are saying about you online (reviews)

  • Why you’re relevant

  • And so much more!

🔍 In many cases, AI systems don’t quote your website copy at all — they pull directly from your schema markup. That’s why this step is so important!

Why Paige’s schema is different

  • Paige fully understands your business based on your website and the information you provided during onboarding.

  • This allows Paige to generate complete, accurate schema markup using your actual business information.

💰 This alone is worth hundreds of dollars if done manually.

🚨 Install Your Schema Markup (Do This Now)

  • Copy the structured schema markup code

  • Paste it into the <head> section of your website

⚠️ This step is critical for SEO and AI visibility — please take a second to do it now and if you already had head code, replace it with Paige's.

Important notes

  • If something important about your business changes:

    • Refresh the schema inside Paige by asking our support team for help

    • Replace the old code in your website’s <head> if there was already Schema code there.

  • Schema cannot be updated dynamically in an SEO-optimized way, so this manual update is required

❓ Something Look Incorrect?

If a FAQ has incorrect information:

  1. Click Train Paige

  2. Review your website data

  3. The issue is usually coming from incorrect info on your website

📈 Track Your Results

You’ll be able to track improvements in your AI visibility and rankings directly in the Reports section.

Taking the time to set this up properly can significantly improve your rankings and help you get more customers — faster.
