How Automated Posts Work in Paige
Paige can write, schedule, and publish posts for you on:
Google Business Profile
Facebook Business Page
Instagram Profile
LinkedIn Business Page
✨ All content is written specifically to rank on Google, which means it’s structured a certain way for SEO. Because of that, you can’t customize different messaging per platform—the same post goes everywhere to keep things consistent and optimized.
If you ever don’t love how Paige is writing:
Click “Train Paige” at the top of the screen and tell her what you want changed. You can fully customize Paige's writing style, knowledge, and personality on the Train Paige tab.
Still stuck? Use the live chat in the bottom-left and our support team will help you dial it in. There's no writing style Paige cannot accommodate!
Step 1: Image Sources
First up, Paige will ask where images should come from.
You can choose:
Only images you upload to Paige
Your uploaded images first, then older images from your Google Business Profile if you run out
AI-generated images as a backup, so posts never go out without an image
Paige won’t reuse an image if it’s been used in the last 30 days
Step 2: Image Styles
Next, decide how images should look:
Use "raw" images as-is, exactly how you uploaded them
Brand the images, which means:
Your logo is added
Text is overlaid on the image
If you choose branding pick from one of Paige’s standard call-to-action phrases, or enter your own custom CTA in the text box.
Step 3: Approvals
Now you’ll choose whether you want to approve posts before they go live.
Your options:
No approvals (best if you don’t want to think about it or doubt you have the time to approve the content regularly)
Approve everything
Only approve branded or AI-generated images (these are considered slightly more “risky”)
Important SEO note 🚨
If approvals are turned on, you must review and approve posts on time. Delays can hurt the SEO benefits, so only turn approvals on if you know you’ll stay on top of them.
Step 4: Connect Social Media Platforms
Paige will ask which platforms you want to connect. Any platform you connect will automatically publish the post at the same time your Google Business post goes out.
If you’re a full-access admin, click Connect
If you’re not, click Invite Link and send it to the person who is
White label note:
If you’re using a white label agency account, make sure you open the invite link inside your white label domain so the experience stays fully branded as yours.
Step 5: Extras
This is where Paige asks if she should use your 5-star Google reviews as content.
If enabled:
Paige will grab a recent 5-star review
Turn it into a graphic
Write a post highlighting that review
This is a great way to add social proof automatically 👍
Step 6: Posts Go Live 🎉
Once you save your settings:
Paige creates your first batch of posts
As posts publish, new ones are automatically added to the queue
Want to edit something, like the image, publishing date, text, etc.?
Click the pencil icon near the bottom-right of any post to make changes
Fun fact 🎉
If a post is scheduled near a holiday, Paige will automatically mention the holiday in the post.
Bonus: Embed Posts on Your Website
Right above the post previews, you’ll see an option to “Embed local posts on your website.”
This gives you code to add to your site that:
Displays your 3 most recent posts
Keeps visitors on your site longer (which Google loves and rewards with higher rankings)
Shows customers you’re an active business
Helps improve rankings and conversions since potential customers see you're active!
That’s it! 🎯 Once this is set up, Paige handles posting for you automatically so you can focus on running your business.
