If you haven't created a Sam account yet, start on the signup page:

Open the signup link above.
Follow the instructions on the screen to create your account.
Once your account is set up, you can sign in and start using Sam.
Does Sam say you already have an account?
If you try to sign up and Sam tells you that an account already exists, you don't need to create another one.
Instead, go to the Sam login page:

Then click Forgot password and follow the instructions to regain access to your account.
Already Have an Account? Log In
If you've already created your Sam account, you can go directly to the login page:
Sam Login: https://sam.merchynt.com/signin
Enter your account information to sign in.
If you don't remember your password or can't get into your account, click Forgot password on the login page. Sam will provide instructions for resetting your password.
Didn't Receive the Email?
If you're expecting an account or password reset email but don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder first. Sometimes automated emails can end up there.
