How to Log In to Paige (Admin vs. Client Users)

Can't log into Paige, or you're not seeing what you're expecting to see in your Paige account when logging in? This guide explains the two different login URLs and how to know which one applies to you—whether you're an Admin user or a "Client" user.

✅ First, Identify Your User Type

There are two types of users in Paige, and each one uses a different login URL.

User Type

How They're Created

Login URL

Admin User

The person who originally created the Paige account, or later connected their Google account by clicking the top right icon and selecting "Add another account".

https://app.localmarketingmanager.com

Client User

Invited via Settings → Users inside the Paige dashboard and created a Paige-specific password.

🔑 Logging In as an Admin User

If you created the account, you’re the Admin user.

How to Log In:

  1. Click “Sign in with Google”

  2. Choose the Google account you used when creating the Paige account

  3. Enter your Google password if prompted

✅ Admins must use Google authentication—you won't be able to log in with just an email and password.

🔐 Logging In as a Client User

If your account was created for you by someone inside Paige under Settings → Users, you’re a Client user.

How to Log In:

  1. Enter the email address that was used to invite you

  2. Use the password you created after receiving your “Set Password” email from Paige

📧 Can’t find your set password email? Check your spam or junk folder! You can also click “Forgot Password?” on that client user login screen to reset it.

🤍 Using Paige with a White Label Domain?

If your agency has set up a custom (white label) domain, your login URLs will follow the same structure, but with your own domain instead of localmarketingmanager.com.

Example:

Let’s say your agency is ABC Agency and your white label domain is abcagency.com, with a custom subdomain of app.

User Type

Login URL

Admin User

https://app.abcagency.com

Client User

https://app.abcagency.com/client-login

Just remember:

  • Admins do not use /client-login

  • Clients always use /client-login

One warning sign that an admin logged into the wrong URL using a client user's credentials instead of their admin account is that when they go to add another business, it doesn't appear as an option, or they cannot see all the tabs and settings they previously could. If that's what you're experiencing, log out, go to the admin URL, and try again, but this time log in via your Google authentication.
