We built Mercu with the goal to make it as easy as possible to identofy the strongest applications. Filters play a key role in achieving that.

Using filters

When you're on the table view (the default view after you click into a job), filters are the way to prioritise applications that matter most to you. By applying one or more filters, the list of applications automatically gets shortlisted accordingly.

Filter types

There are two types of filters: Fixed filters and column filters. The main fixed filter is the Enrolment Status filter. Column filters appear for each column on the table.

Enrolment Status filter

The Enrolment Status filter allows you to filter by campaign enrolment status. This means that you can filter out candidates who haven't yet completed the campaign linked to a specific job stage.

Column filters

Each column in the table maps to a dedicated column filter, allowing you to sort applications based on specific responses.

For example, if a column contains a YES/NO question, the corresponding filter lets you display only the applications with a YES or NO response, allowing quick access to the most relevant applications.
