Guide on assigning work centres to employees, including steps for new employees, existing employees, and multiple employees at once using the "Relations" and "Employees in Centres" options.

Assignment of Work Centres to Employees
If we want to assign a work centre to one of our employees, we proceed depending on the scenario:

  1. New Employee
    If the employee is not yet created in the system, go to the employee list → "Create New" and assign the centre from the employee's profile using the "Centre Assignment" dropdown.

  2. Existing Employee
    To assign a work centre to an existing employee, start by accessing the employee list. To see all existing employees, make sure no specific contractor or work centre is selected in the filters. In the left-side filter for Company Contractor and Work Centre, select the ellipsis (three dots).

  • Access the "Employee Details" page.

  • Click on "Centre Assignment."

  • Here, you will see the centres already assigned to the employee. To view all available centres and assign a new one, click "+Show All."

  • Select the desired centre and apply the changes.

Assigning a Work Centre to Multiple Employees Simultaneously
To assign a work centre to multiple employees at once, navigate to "Relations" → "Employees in Centres" → "By Centre."

Once inside, select all the employees who will be assigned to that centre and apply the changes.
