Do you need to add a new machine or vehicle to the platform? Follow these steps to create it and manage its documentation easily.
1. Access the “Machines” Section
Log in to the platform.
Navigate to the main menu and select the “Machines” section.
Click on the “Create New Machine” button.
2. Fill in the Required Details
Complete the mandatory fields with the machine’s information:
Machine Name: Ensure it is unique.
Machine Type: Select the appropriate type.
Identifier: This could be the registration number, serial number, or another unique reference.
Once all fields are completed, click on “Apply Changes” to save the information.
3. Verify the Machine Creation
Return to the “Machine List” section to confirm that the new machine appears in the list.
4. Upload the Required Documentation
Locate the newly created machine in the list.
Click on “Required Docs Status”.
Use the “Upload New Document” icon to submit the requested documents:
Select the file from your device.
Click “Upload” to complete the process.
5. Troubleshooting: Missing Upload Icon
If you cannot find the “Upload New Document” icon, you may have outstanding payments. In this case:
